I thought if your waters break they have to induce you after 5 days because of the risk of infection

Or do i have that wrong, things change so often!

i think though that if yur in hospital they are keeping eye on you so maybe its diff?
i no once my waters broke i was not even able home to pack my bag

Only a couple of weeks, lets hope that baby is in no rush to come out just yet

Just seen this post, I hope your sister is okay, plently of women on here had babies at 34weeks and they needed very little help. If sure even if she had this baby at 32 weeks, they will be fine.

Try not to worry hun, she is in good hands.

I know you are worried, but they are both in the best place. And you only have to look at all the success stories on here to know that babies of that age are okay now.

my friend had her section the same day as me and she was only 29 weeks and her baby is doing really well

she had the same problem as your sister and she went 2 weeks before they would get the baby out

Aww Zoe, I'm not surprised that you are so worried about your little sis, but I am sure everything will be fine, your little niece/nephew must have wanted to meet you all and have a few weeks peace before meeting his/her cousin!! Keep us informed and try and stay strong.

Spoke to her @ 10am, she was waiting for the doctor...had another gush of waters this morning..baby being mointored and all is well

She is having a scan @ 2.30pm, baby might be breech, so will know more later

I think they may try and get her to 34 weeks (a week on friday) but I dont really know, she sounded confused and upset before and I dont think she is taking it all in..going in at 6.30pm visiting to see her (all being well) so will know more then.

My sister is the worlds most impatient woman, and I said this baby must take after her, and cant WAIT to be born!!

I am getting a bit excited now about being an Aunty, got butterflies in my bellyxx

Had her scan, no water left and baby breech...

Waiting to see doc on rounds for a decision on c section...
