Hiya everyone,

Im very pleased to announce the safe arrival of my little twins, Ada and Alex. Ada was 5.7 oz and Alex was 5.4 oz, so diddy but they coped well. Stayed with me all the time.

They were born by elective csection, on the 3 rd may. All went well, I was so scared though.
They cried straight away, had delayed cord clamping too, which was a lovely personal touch for me.
I unfortunately had a big haemorrhage and lost 2L of blood, so had a blood transfusion. Which has left my ironing boots, but Im recovering ok.

Yes, red meat, spinach, water cress and apparently beet root is high in iron. Taking my spatone too. I have iron tabs but they're making me constipated.
