My new goal......

I love yoga too!! I did it every morning until Aiden came along then I gave up cause my foof hurt way too much to stretch anything :rofl: and now I havent got the motivation to start again.

You can do some yoga during pregnancy, I went to pregnancy yoga claases and it was fine, didnt wear me out too much and bubs was fine!
 
:yay: another good way of stretching is bending down and touching your toes - with legs straight obv! Then aim on getting your hands flatter on the floor, then start moving your hands behind you. when I went dancing they used to measure you could get your flat hands behind you on the floor. I LOVE yoga but a lot of it wasn't very challenging cos I am a right bendy wendy!! :)

Before I started stretching I couldn't touch my toes at all! But as I practiced getting nearer and near each time I can now touch them woo! It's a great way to stretch I agree fully!

I missed out last because I was busy on here getting the clothes sorted! LO's is in his grannys so I'm gonna do my pump it up DVDs and my stretches :yay: Angel could you do them as a child?? xx
 
I can touch my toes easily when I have done my stretches, when I haven't..... OW!!

Nah I could never do them! :( I've always kind of been flexible though. I could put one leg behind my head and almost the other one too, but not for long, without any practice. (I just tired and can't even get one leg anywhere near!) I can't wait to be able to do the splits, my OH said he would propose to me if I could do them lmao he loves it THAT much ;)

I've got two pregnancy yoga DVDs sat on my shelf doing bug all lol

I can bend in half and put my hands flat of the floor behind my feet hehe!!
