Well I was originally looking through different exercises but then I came across the...






SPLITS :lol:

Apparently you can learn at any age as it's to do with muscle memory rather than wether you can or can't do it.. It gives you a list of simple stretches to do each day and says it takes about a month :)

I've always wanted to be able to do the splits but thought you had to learn young.. Hope it bloody works :lol:

Id say Ill give it a go but I got quite enough goals as it is at the mo!
 
I can do the splits upto about a yer ago lol! I can still get my feet behind my head tho maybe another goal for you?

:) another good possession is sitting with your legs out stretched from
Your self like a v shape and flat on the ground lean forward and grab your feet up keeping legs flat place your fore head on the ground this will help open and stretch your muscles and then sitting the same put your hands together low behind your back and put your forehead on the ground and your hands in the air still holding them together - and then sit up put your feet together with your knees up and bob your knees up and down to the side this is called the butterfly this will open you all up for legs above your head xx

Lol my husband loves them 90% of the time my legs are behind my head haha!!
 
Oh and if it feels stretched breath in 7 and out 11 with each out breath push a little more but don't push it the trick is to relax into the position - it's yoga I loooooove it! Xx

I've never thought of yoga, I am so sore atm.. I exercised to within an inch of my life yesterday.. Feeeeeeel the burn
 
me n my friend are looking for a yoga class where you can take your babies :yay:
 
With yoga there is no burn only results lol everyone always comments that I don't look an 18 I look much smaller I think allot of
It had to do with yoga coz it helps your shape go in where it's meant to and out where it's meant to it totally tonnes up -

That's last year but I'm slimmer now I was a 18-20 there x

Evie you wouldn't even think you were 18-20, you carry it so well you look great x
 
Thanks hunni I'm smaller now I was a 18-20 there and I'm a 16-18 now I don't exercise tho just yoga I should exercise really lol
 
Defo do the stretches everyday!! You will get there in the end! Before I found out I was pregnant I was practicing on a near enough every day basis and I could ALMOST do it! It was a MAJOR turn on for OH ;) You will feel amazing when you can do it hun, do not give up!

I haven't done any stetches during pregnancy because it became too uncomfortable and I didn't want to hurt baby! I seemed to get strain on my back and heard this isn't good for baby? I was going to make a thread about it actually, do you think it's safe to do slight gentle stretching? Before I was pregnant I really pushed myself, probably not the best idea! I really want to get back to being flexible and drive my OH wild again :p But is it possible while pregnant? Any advice girls? xx
