That's it really, swollen neck, tender to the touch, particularly where my jaw bone ends on the left side.

I know it is ridiculous to think every small thing might be a symptom and maybe I have flu coming on or throat cancer? I dont know, but I thought maybe there was a small chance someone might say "Hey, I had that!"

I'm 8 DPO I think

Also, dont know if this is just gravity but my left breast seems to have dropped two inches in the night! It is significantly lower than the right one today! WHY?
I remember Oprah once saying "my breasts are in a race to my feet" so maybe it is normal, but seriously it has sagged literally over night! Could that be a symptom?

Sounds like a swollen gland to me hun... as for the drop in boobs I thought being pregnant gave you more gravity not decrease it.... when i came off the pill I was sure my right boob grew bigger then my left.. ahhh the joys of being a woman!!

Hey, i had that!!! No, seriously i did a couple of years ago, it turned out to be an infection in my gland. If its still like that on Mon then i would go to the docs cos you will need anti biotics!! Its not throat cancer!!

If you are 8dpo and your cycles are 28-30 days then chances are thats why your boobs are playing up, or down, whichever the case may be  About a week before AF comes my boobs go up up a size and get really tender! Having said that though, its apparantely really difficult to tell the difference between AF coming and being in the early stages of pregnancy so just keep an eye out for any other signs and changes in your body!!
As for Oprah saying that, her weight has been up and down more times than a whores knickers so no wonder her knockers are confused!!!

Baby dust as always!! :dust:

Thanks Vicky - I've just looked up swollen glands, it seems pretty common and some sort of infection maybe, or a cold, great! I have since discovered that all the ribs on my left side are tender to the touch as well. So perhaps flu ....... lovely, lucky me...... maybe not pregnant then

Thanks misstinkerbell, I really hope it's not an infection, I've never had antibiotics and they make me nervous! I have a short cycle, 25 days, so yeah, maybe it's just symptoms of impending AF. Hope not!! Dust back atcha darlin :dust:

I know what you mean about thinking every little pain, ache, twinge, swelling, smell is a pregnancy symptom.
