Swollen foot :/

I'm wearing my sexy White tights.......yet my left foot is still swollen.
Had a scan, no clot found
Cos I have no protein in my pee n my BP is normal it's not pre-eclampsia.
I can't figure out why it's only one damn foot that's swollen. STILL!!!
I know the Drs sain it's prob Lil man Is on a blood vessel blah blah blah but it just don't seem right :/

It'll be water hun. It's easy to test if it is water attention - press your thumb (quite hard, but don't break any bones!) on the swollen area for 3 seconds, when you let go does the inprint of your thumb remain for a bit or does the skin bounce back?

If the inprint remains and takes a while to bounce back then it'll be water.

Are you on your feet a lot? You need to put your feet up if you are. Im not sure if in pregnancy you can have water tablets? If not sunflower oil helps (natural capsules)

I read that at night retained water cos back into the blood stream and bladder and makes you pee more!
