I carried on with baby aspirin throughout tri 1, even when there was the thought in my mind that this pregnancy wasn't going to continue. Same with high dose folic acid. You might want to get some 5mg folic acid if you're expecting multiples!!

PS - my next scan was at 8 weeks and saw little heartbeat and cute little arms moving. In ten days you could be seeing three little butter beans wriggling away!!
