My 36 week appt was pretty routine. If your last set of bloods wasnt abnormal they shouldnt need anymore. She'll just check baby is in the right place and urine etc. Might talk to you about birth plan and what happens if you go overdue!? xx

I just had mine today hun and she just done the usual. I know some people who have a check to see if you have effaced or dilated yet but mine doesnt seem to want to do it for some reason. You dont have to have it done if you dont want to but its something to think about and you could ask if you do want it done. It would give you a rough idea of how things are coming along.
I did ask but mine said no!
