Mums of 2 (or more!) - Baby's weight

I've heard that second babies are heavier than first but Im just wondering how accurate this is.

Did your 2nd baby weigh more or less than your first?

my second, taylor weighed less than my 1st, elliott.

elliott weighed 8lb 7oz and taylor 7lb 2oz. i was really pleased as i was dreading giving birth again as i had heard 2nd babies are bigger, i had an awful time with my 1st.

Yeah it was true with me. My 2nd baby was 2lb heavier than my 1st.

2nd was 7lb 13oz (12 days late)
3rd was 9lb 10oz (11 days late) xx

So in my case it is true.

They were both overdue

lol no I'm not tiny. Waddya mean what do I think I'll be? Do you mean what weight do you think the next baby will be? Honestly, I think heavier than Lydia. I'm way bigger than I was with her at 12 weeks. The thought of an 11lber scares the hell out of me but truthfully I think it's likely.

I'm sure I'll manage - even if s/he rips me to pieces like Lydia did lol.
