Mucus - any suggestions?

Hi Everyone
My LO is 8 days old and still seems to have loads of mucus. He is being sick quite a bit from it after feeds, the midwfe is not concerned as he is feeding well but it seems to be really uncomfy for him when lying him down after feeds as he gets really snuffly with it which keeps waking him up.
I already have his head raised in the basket which helps a bit but can anyone recommend anything else? Would the saline nasal drops help in this case?
Any advice appreciated!

i noticed the mw's put isla on her side when she was newbie and all mucusy...that might help your lo...congrats also!

Theres an infant massage you can do to releive mucus. I have some sheets with details of how to do it, its not complicated. PM me your address and I will post you a copy.
