I am totally rubbish at opks as I've never used one altho that is definitely postive. Maybe do a hpt this afternoon before dtd just incase it's still from that? Other than that looks like u r good to go! I can't wait to be at that stage and am excited to see how u get on x

I might do hpt and another opk. Reckon it can by from hcg as opk over last 2/3 days have been either non existent or much fainter. So this is definately stronger than yesterdays one. Will try an upload it but keeps glitching!

That sounds promising melly I'm keeping my fingers crossed for u! Just out of interest would u join another mummies thread if u found out? I'm scared to do anything before 12 weeks next time altho the epu were great and said they would scan me at 8 weeks next time x

If I was lucky enough to catch I not sure....feel too worried to join before 12 weeks but then think.....I won't be telling anyone else and will probably by out of my mind worrying so it could be helpful???? Urmmm not sure? What about you? X

They have def got darker so that's a brill sign! Hmm I don't think I would join a thread until 12 weeks as I found it hard seeing scan pics the day I found out I had lost x

I know what you mean. There were a few that week. I found that tough too.

I was just thinking back to what consultant said about "not putting anything inside for 2 weeks" and the only thing i recall was her saying dont use tampons till you get your af.in fact i think she said as soon as bleeding stops you can ttc straight away...i guess this is even of bleeding stops after 7 days for example? It might be worth you asking or making a mental note of what they say as now thinking should i wait till fri when 2 weeks is up! Hopefully having hou partner there means one of you should remember! I just cant remember and its all blurring into one with all the reading i have done! Its annoying as i dont want to miss the boat! If bleeding remains non existent might see what DH says or wait to see how things are tom. So varied the advice....my head is spinning!

If we are both lucky and catch....perhaps we can still talk as we will both be going through it....might have to be in this thread or via private message...top right hand corner of webpage. Fingers crossed we do both fall on next 2-3 cycles x

I'm sorry but I swear u just made me laugh so much about putting anything inside haha so thanks for cheering me up! Do u no what? I would say u know ur body better than anyone else and if u think u r ready before Friday I would go ahead I don't see how 3/4 days would make much difference it's just whatever I feel comfortable with. Yes I would like us to continue to talk it's nice to have someone who has been through the same thing as u x

Glad i cheered you up haha! Youre right we do knoe our bodies....thanks for that just what i needed to hear! Would be very happy to keep talking regardless of whether conceive together or not. Found talking with you very supportive and youve helped me to get through these difficult couple of weeks.

Glad I have helped melly and u have helped me to remain positive too. I have to be at hospital at 7:45 tomoro morning and it's about a 40 min drive away so not looking forward to the early start and I can't eat from 12 tonight x

That's true they said I should be home by lunch time. I haven't had any cramps at all even with bleeding which is weird x

I didnt so fingers crossed youll not get them. Water bottle at the ready though! Its really quick and your back home in no time. Just make sure you dont over do it too soon as this could increase the amount of bleeding. A nice film, snuggled up with some yummy treats x

Some suggest when ttc others say once you get bfp. I was told to take it from 12 wks. Cant do any harm taking it earlier so probably if i get bfp? What about you? Could be another question yo ask tom? X

I'm going to take it when I have finished bleeding and am ttc again as the midwife said they prescribe it to woman trying when they have a couple of miscarriages. No idea if it will make a difference but a friend of mine had 4 miscarriages and then used it and went full term soneorth a try x

Ive read loads of women carry to term on asprin. Some women on one of the threads swear by it! I was told i had to take it from 12 weeks anyway as im 42 and at risk of pre eclampsia even though my BP is good. So cant harm taking it when ttc. I have a box of asprin so might start when we dtd....have a bit of spotting tonight so might have to wait till tom....no other signs of ovulation at the moment! Go away bleeding!! Might do CB opk tom to see if i get flashing smiley or solid...this might sway my decision! Will do another cheapie opk at 6pm tonight too to see if any darker as dont want to miss surge...but scared to dtd if still spotting a little incase i get infection! Hope youre still feeling ok about tom? I found procedure fine so fingers crossed you will too x

So just done hpt 20 miu/ml and still faint positive. Opk looks fainter too so you must have been right...probably was picking up hcg! Oh well will see what happens tom and weds! Average ovulation is 14 days after mc so thats thurs/fri. X

Awk melly I'm sorry to hear that but it will happen soon and I just know u will get ur rainbow. I seen both sides of a rainbow today so I'll take that as a good sign for u. Just packed Ruby off to my mums for an early start tomoro so going to relax tonight x

Surely thats a good sign? Ruby...what a beautiful name! I Feel ok about the test strips....i know i will ovulate....hopefully towards end of week when bleeding finally gone and i get a negative hpt! Youll be in this position next week with ovulation imminent hopefully. Have a relaxing evening and will hopefully hear from you tom x
