Hiya just been for my midwife app. I currently have severe SPD. She noted in my notes SPD++ iv never seen this does anyone know what this means ? Xx

The ++ is just an indication of the severity of it.

We use it at work all the time

they do it if you have anything in your urine aswell so the more + the worse it is lol

My urine she has put NAD and told me that was fine it just threw me when I saw SPD++ as iv never seen it before xx

I didn't know this either until my new doctor writing my sick line for me explained she was putting hyperemesis+++ to indicate the severity for my employer x
