Thoughts for my SIL please ladies

My SIL is currently 26+4 with baby number 2, a little girl

She was hospitalised in mid-Nov for a severe kidney infection and had IV antibiotics. She was released after a day as she had improved.

Had a text from my brother this afternoon saying she was back in hospital with another severe kidney infection - much worse than before. They have been told if she doesn't improve soon they will consider delivering baby before Xmas (edd 17.03.12).

Please send ur thoughts that she pulls through and bubba doesn't make a very early appearance and stays put.
