Midwife appt - wasnt expecting this

Juts back from MW appt. Everything fine urine, BP, my HB is back up but Oliver cant seem to engage. He "bobbing in and out" It would seem that maybe my pelvis is too small and like my Mum im gunna need a section. Shes gunna give him 2 more weeks til next appt and then if he hasnt engaged refer me to a consulatant! Gahhh...anyone else been through this? Any ideas? She said get a Birthing ball livley and get bouncing!

i suggest you start bouncing girl! are you worried about if it goes to a section? ( i know its not ideal but some are more against it then others) xx

Zachary didn't engage until 39 weeks, and came a few days later x

I thought babies did bob in and out in the weeks before birth, in fact some don't engage at all until you're in labour.

How does she know you're pelvis is too small, did she give you a good feel round the hips??

I think shes going on my size, im 4 foot 8 and very petite boned and stature. My Mums the same and she had a section with me. We will see what nexct appt brings

How tiny are you!! Lol! I'm a foot taller than you! Some babies don't engage until labour but they kind of expect them to if it's a first baby x
