Has anyone been told yet to book their 16 week midwife appointment? Not sure if you have to go to the doctors to book it or wether they do it all for you and then contact you?? Anyone else been told about this yet?
Best way is to book each MW appointment when you are there seeing her. I always did this. MW would arrange her own appointments so receptionist had no say. I used to go see her, then book in for the next one before leaving. My first MW I would book as I left via the GP's receptionist.
FWIW don't rely on anyone doing anything for you and then contacting you. Assume you need to make the initial move on booking things other than scans and tests. With those check with your MW about them to see she has booked you in for them.
Well Ive got a check up scan in 2 weeks so I will ask them then I think coz not sure if my GP surgery have there own midwife? Or if ill need to go to the hospital to see them. Thanks x
