midwife appointment

hi everyone. i am roughly between 7-10 weeks pregnant and i have my first appointment with the midwife on friday.
just wondering basically what usually happens on the first appointment?

Hi

When i went to see my midwife after finding out pg it was a bit of a let down. I thought more would happen for some reason but its simply a chat, weight etc taken and a load of leaflets and advice given. She also send off to get your week 12 scan sorted.
