Morning girls

My 9 month old and I enjoy a bit of messy play and I've just ordered a new tray to play so we can get even messier and wondered if anyone has any suggestions of new things we can do

Previously we've played with

Paint
Jelly
Shaving foam
Oats

Does anyone know if I can buy or make a suitable play dough?

Water
Baked beans
Rice/pasta
Gloop (cornflower and water mixed)

fruit...my lil miss went to a baby group where they had peaches and pears and she loved it...ended up eating them of course but hey...

also if your lo likes water, try freezing little play animals (like 1-2inch in size) in yorkshire pudding tins with water....they then will bite/play with them til they melt and can release the animal...so cute...very messy and mayb better in summer but thats what ive seen

Oh and lentils in a tub was done too...

Oh and with playdoh one group added custard powder to it to make it more enticing if they did try and eat it, completely harmless but gave it a colour and scent I guess...
