CD8 and I had a bit of spotting today. Some cramps and quite emotional. Just been feeling all over the place, crying my eyes out feeling just absolutely horrid really. Hopefully it will pass soon. First cycle off BC is a bit more intense than I imagined.

It will settle down ! My af cramps are so mild now. I came off BC January 2016 but wasnt ttc was just letting my cycle get back to normal and getting ready to ttc but we didbt start ttc till Jan 2017.

We're also waiting. I wanted to get off the pill now because if there are any problems concerning ovulation then I can address it. Also, like you I just wanted to let my cycle settle a bit beforehand. Hopefully we'll be ready by October. We planned for December but I would like to start actively TTC a bit earlier.

Well I caved at 10DPO and tested BFN as expected haha. I'm so impatient but thought I'd chance it anyway!

I'll test again on Saturday I think.

Yes - seems to go so slowly!

I'm due to test on 31st but we have wedding on the 29th so i think I will test the morning of the 29th to determine my alcohol consumption! Will be 11/12 dpo if AF hasnt arrived before as cycles still a bit wacky. x

If its BFN this cycle, which I think it is as didnt DTD around O due to sickness, then my next testing will be July due to long cycles

sorry summertime! So today I was suppose to O according to FF, I didn't bargain on it and rightfully so. I am dryer than the desert. My cervix is high, soft and partially open so there's some kind of hope if only I had some sort of CF to speak of

Aw sorry Summertime. In a similar boat, AF due 29th May or so and if its BFN my next AF isn't due to July so would miss the whole month of June also.xx

How are you feeling L&P? I *think* I'm in the 2ww but not idea if i ovulated and no symptoms!!!

If AF not arrived by Sunday will test in the morning before the wedding - not having any test in is a blessing as haven't driven myself mad this month!

I totally know what you mean summertime! Really have my FX for you and hope AF doesnt come. Please keep us posted about the test.

I am feeling pretty good, decided to avoid looking into every little tweak in my body this time in the 2WW and just thinking, whatever will be, will be. Break away with DH was just what I/we needed as well. I feel much less stressed about the whole thing lately.
The last few months had myself almost convinced I was preg with overanalysing so I am not torturing myself this time,its not worth it. This morning I had a bit of diarrhea (sorry TMI), usually I would be on to google to check if it was an early 'sign' in the 2WW for a BFP, but I stopped myself!
AF due on Monday so if it doesnt come the earliest I would possibly test would be 30th or 31st May.

Good luck L&P and summertime. May has brought so many BFPs! I thought I was in tww but did a opk tonight after work and it's pos so going to dtd again tonight ! I nirmaly ovulate day 15 at latest and I amnday 17 today! Hoping this is the chance we need !

Got my first smiley face OPK yesterday (Day 17. PCOS. Clomid 150mg, Rnd 3) but today I have an empty circle.

I was expecting to see two days, is this a bad sign?

Got no smiley face in the first two rounds and negative 21 day bloods.

Obviously we got busy BDing and will again today but the neg test today has got me down in the dumps.

Which OPK test was it? Clear blue dual hormone or the normal CB one?

Did you use the same test holder both days?

Thank you. Normal CB one. I did use the same test holder. Always do it at the same time everyday too. FMU.

I had to skip baby making in the end this month as I had to go for a mammogram, but had it today and all is fine, so back to it next month. Finally not overweight anymore so really hoping that will make a difference...as well as the warmer weather.

not sure about the normal ones as the dual one i used gives you flashing smiles for a few days then a solid smiley which means you are about to ovulate. Maybe normal ones just stay on the smile then go back to empty circle?

Ladies. Weird month here.

Firstly thought I hadn't ovulated, then I think I did a week later than expected.

Yesterday started bleeding (a day early) but lightish. Heavier this morning so assumed af but it's gone light again which is not normal for me.

With my first I had an early light /short period (like a week early which was obv implanting) and another a week later.

Did a test this morning just in case and bfn. But if I only ovulated 8 days ago and this is implanting when do I test now? If I ovulated a week late would my period then be a week later than normal? I've always been bang on a 28 day cycle.

On one hand I'll be delighted if I'm pregnant, on the other hand we had decided to hold off a couple of months as I start a new job in 3 weeks. I knew there was a slim chance this month but didn't expect it to happen. If I am pg I'm dreading telling the new place! I know it shouldn't be held against me but I will feel bad!!

Aghhh I'm confused!!

Yikes!! Ah Nikanoo I am a little bit excited for you that this could be IB! What test did you use? I think if it is IB, it would still be too early for any tests? Not sure though. Perhaps make an appointment with your GP for next week to get checked?
Its either IB or a weird AF.
If you are pregnant, don't fret about the new job, I'm sure they will understand. I think you have to tell them before your 15th week, so there's plenty of time to think about that.

It was just a cheapy home bargains pink dye. But it's what I got my bfp on with my first. Might try a first response in a few days...I think I read they are on Bogof?!
I was relieved this morning with the -ve but now I'm starting to get properly excited despite the whole work situation! Won't book docs till I get a bfp and see what happens with the bleeding. It could take off again so trying not to be too hopeful but I can't help myself!

I'm pretty much the same, I ovulated on the 12th so on Thursday I was 12DPO and very light red on wiping then the day after brown which I thought was implantation. I'm due on today and just wiped and its dark red/sticky so I'm hoping it goes lighter like yours as I never spot before AF as I'm bang on 28 days usually, very weird.

I had a BFN this morning on a cheap IC but if I implanted Thursday I doubt a BFP would show for a few days yet, like yourself I'm quite relieved as my work had changed recently and could do with holding off a month or two til I'm settled!! Oh what we like haha.

Oh alilou! It's just awkward isn't it!
I'm still bleeding, it has picked up again but still not as heavy as normal but red now so I think it's a false alarm but I'll test again in a few days to check. Just got my new contract through and 3 month probation period so if I am pg I'll not be telling them till that is finished!
Sounds like we're totally in tune though! Lol.
