I was feeling positive yesterday but not so much today. I was expecting to hear tonight too, as that's what the GP said. Cant cope with another night of worry. And were meant to be meeting with my parents tomorrow for much, who weve already told when we found out because they knew how long weed been trying. I haven't told them about the spotting because I didn't see the point till we knew either way.

Ugh, if their late with the results tomorrow that means I'm going to have to sit through lunch acting like everything's fine and I just cant cope with that thought atm. And I cant cancel because they live three hours away and are driving down especially.

Hi all! My due date is the 3rd of may however I've also joined the April group as I'm carrying twins but its early days and I'm hoping they stick in there x
I had a dating scan that showed 5 weeks 5 days and measured at 10mm and 11mm big, has anybody else had any scans and has measurements?

Hi hun, I’m due 2nd May and only 5 weeks 1 day, I’ve got a scan booked for 7 weeks exactly so hopefully all good in there.

Twins!! Is this your first pregnancy? How exciting! I’ve always loved the idea of twins. Dh’s mum is a twin.

Were all due pretty close so far. I should be roughly 5 weeks ans 3 days.

Not booked my scan yet, dont see the point yet until I get there blood results back hopefully tomorrow.

Just took another frer for reassurance and it's a proper colour zapper today. Control line is so faint. Test line is so much darker than a few days ago. So hopefully that's a positive sign.

How are you today? I've had abit of backache but no cramps. Still really run down though, have a cold sore on my lip and a boil starting on my leg. So painful xx

I keep getting a really uncomfortable pain in the left pelvic area but I was also getting really bad gut pains before I was pregnant
Does anyone have any tips? I drink alot of water and go for walks but nothing is helping

No cramps here either at all and nothing really yesterday. Felt a bit sick on and off so don’t know whether it’s morning sickness starting to kick in but might be a bit early. And I had a sleepless night so pretty tired.

Cold sores are the worst! X

I’m not sure there is much you can do as you can’t put a hot water bottle or anything on it or really take pain killers... maybe a nice soak in the bath?

I do find the shower good but thinking I'll give the nurse a ring in the morning too. Really hope you don't get too much morning sickness x
I never had it with my first but I've got all day sickness atm

I've been having a warm (not hot) bath with Epsom salts on past few days. That's seemed to ease my cramps in my tummy and general backache.

I haven't been sleeping to good but I think that's down to being anxious about the spotting.

I've had to come off my hayfever meds and I'm pretty bunged up atm aswell so that's having a detrimental effect on my sleeping.

Hopefully get the results in the morning. I just need to know now either way.

Rang EPU, couldn't find my results at first. When hey eventually found them all she would tell me is that they had risen, wouldnt tell me how much and that they need to book me in for a scan tomorrow. All she said was that they were at the level where they might see something and they might not?

Booked in for a scan at half 9 tomorrow morning now. I'm only 5 weeks 4 days, but shes going off LMP which would be 6 weeks 4 days, I did try to tell her I'm closer to 5 weeks because I have long cycles but she didn't seem to take that on board.

GP didn't say a scan would be necessary after bloods so now I am even more worried. Was expecting to have an answer yesterday, and then an answer thismormomg and now I have to wait until tomorrow xx

I would call them and ask to speak to a manager and ask that manager to give you the numbers. They are your results there is no reason why they can’t give you that.

I’m so sorry it wasn’t the news you were hoping for. I hope that the person you spoke to was just a moron (they sound it) and that the numbers or scan confirm it is all ok xx
