I don't see it as pretending to have sex with someone else. I have watched it and I in no way feel like I am pretending to have sex with the people on screen. I do get what you mean about the expectation it can put on women, especially if it's watched from teen years. If they watch that before they have experienced it, then that is what they think is normal.
