I'm having such a bad day today.
My last pregnancy I had very few symptoms... Just tiredness and slightly sore boobs

This time uve had the odd wave of nausea, but not much, sore boobs to the touch and exhaustion but nothing else. Apparently my boobs look a bit bigger and I have horrid rhinitis. I also have a hell of a lot of CM.

I'm just so worried about missed miscarriage which is kinda errational as its a very small percentage of people who get these, but k. Must worrying loads today. I can't even out my ticker up yet because I feel so unsure

I'm 8+5 today and just feel so anxious today... Then of course I googled it, thinking hey it'll make me feel better... Bloody NO!

am I just being irational?

Hey Hun I feel for you because I feel just the same! I have googled far too much and I am panicking because I don't feel that tired and I only feel sick in the morning! I don't have sore boobs either... It's soooo scary isn't it! Have u an early scan or do you have to wait until 12 weeks? I never realised how hard this bit would be!! Xxxx

y scan is on 27th october. i dont get one earlt. i had one early last time because i had a bleed at 6 weeks then got another at 8-9 weeks because i bled then i got one a day before my 12 week scan cos i had a massive bleed.

so im so thankful im not bleeding this time but it means i have t wait until 12 weeks.

Like trapped wind!! So it's probably that! So if you measured 6 weeks 3days then that is early to see a heartbeat? I think I will be 6 weeks 4 days from when I usually ovulate but my lmp would be 7w1day so do you think they will see a heartbeat on our bean all being well? Xx it sounds like everyone and every little bean grows at different rates anyway so early scans seem a bit daunting and not certain! Xx

Yes they should do. I didnt think you could see a heartbeat until 8 weeks but I was wrong. Was so nice to see but cant wait already to see it again and ive only got to wait a week. Hope its growing well in there!

Hi everyone,
Sorry I've not been around much. Juggling a whole load of things here including work and my 1yr old baby, finally starting to feel exhaustion starting to lift which is a relief.
I have scan on Friday then consultant and physio apt's on Monday. Just hoping all is well in there, very scared this time round and probably overly emotional.
Off to catch up with the thread but looking forward to seeing some scan pics over the next few weeks xx

On off back ache is horrid! I got a really sore coccyx last preg in early tri 2 - seems to be returning! Might have to get my special pillow out for work!

How's everyone doing? Can't believe dating scans for May baby's are approaching! I'll have my booking appt some time next week and my dating scan appt will come through not long after that. My intention is to lie to everyone and tell them it's a cardiology checkup for a procedure I had in July! I hate lying.

I've had a horrendous few days with nausea, lifted (mostly) for yesterday evening which was nice! I tried some three ginger tea from pukka yesterday that seemed to do the trick. Website says it's all safe in pregnancy x

My MW recommended physio for back ache, free drop in sessions. had my first sickness last night after we of nausea, was awful and all I did was cry! (I don't do been sick)and to top it off I was in the shower,just washed hair and was sick in my clean hair!! :'( definitely not having another after this one, even my mum said I seem to be suffering really bad.xx

Yes, it should make the appointment a bit quicker if you've got it all filled in before you go

I've got my booking apt this eve, my mum is coming to watch Oscar for me. Not looking forward to going on my own but it should just be lots of questions so my OH won't really be missing much.

I haven't been on here much this week. Really feeling the tiredness, especially with being on my own with Oscar in the week whole my OH is working away. Hopefully he'll be back to his normal work the week after next so he can help out some more.

Hope you're all feeling ok is it starting to feel real for anyone yet? I still can't quite believe I'm baking another baby!! Xx

I'm not taking the husband to mine either. He did offer but said id be braver alone.

Today I'm feeling a little better at last!! The sick feeling seems to be subsiding..... For now !

I had my booking in app last week and they took some blood, didn't hurt at all. I aren't the greatest with needles but it was fine. My oh had to sit down as he's terrible with needles even watching me have mine done. My app was about 45mins long. Xx

It's actually slightly better to go in your on because they have to send them out to ask if you're in an abusive relationship etc and it can be a little awkward. They do take blood but it's fine, honestly... Of course I like watching the blood being taken because I'm a freak but... It's not too bad.

I'm 9 weeks today. I have my scan 3 weeks from today and it's dragging.

Get hubby to fill in his questions before you go and it'll be ok - it's awkward if you aren't 100% on his family history.

It's funny you say that about the abusive relationship question being awkward Jojo - my mum does my booking appt's and it was so funny when she got to that question. Just rolled her eyes at me and carried on! (Almost as awkward as the contraception question after birth....)

My maternity trousers have arrived today �� I managed to grab a bundle of 2 pairs of trousers, a pair of jeans and a pair of joggers for a tenner...tried them all on this aft and I'm pleased they all fit...I was thinking that the weight gain was more than pregnancy associated but pleased to see my backside hasn't got any bigger �� Lol x
