****** May 2015 Mummies to be *******

Oh Blueeyes you poor thing, it's quite normal to give in and have a cry x I've done that a few times myself. Try and rest today and enjoy the fact that you've not got to go to work x

I hadn't thought about getting Blake a present from the baby, thanks Ladies! I'll probably get him some new cars and sweets, that will keep him happy :) it's his birthday in a few weeks and that's all I'm thinking about at the moment. I've ordered a toy microwave that beeps as he is obsessed with ours at the moment

aw bless Durham!

Henry's birthday is beginning of March so he'll get more playmobil then, but he's so obsessed with it Freckle will still have lots to choose from.

Gonna take Henry toy shopping closer to my due date & get him to choose a cuddly toy for Freckle for him to bring to the hospital the first time he sees his little brother :)

Blue eyes get some heat pads/wheat pads and put them round your hips and back. Its theonly time I ge lt any relief so they're permanently stuck to me. I'd consider getting a back support as well it will help hold everything together and allow you to carry on. And rest today!! You deserve it xx

Thanks everyone, such a relief when we hit these milestones. We are having a Boy :-) the boys are taking over in my house, my little girl wasn't too impressed when we told her but all excited now. X

IT IS FRIDAY. :)

Blueeyes, sorry to hear you are struggling... As the girls have said - maybe try a back/bump support? Also, do you have a medicine ball? I've heard they help the pain as well? Might be worth trying anyway...

Blueeyes sorry to hear you've so much pain, Iv had simular and found that wheat bags and heat packs help so much, or just lying in a nice hot relaxing bat. Also knickers!!! Lol mine were starting to dig in a bit so got some bigger ones and that has made big difference. I guess I was cutting off blood supply or something, or don't know but it did help x

Congrats to all todays 24 weekers.

And huge congrats to Jen who's off to big school!! Eeeek so exciting!

Thanks everyone, boyfriend got up at 7 and wondered where I was :-) Had a few things planned for my day off today but nothing that can't wait, also boyfriend has taken car to work because of the weather (usually commutes on motorbike) and although I can walk into town I don't fancy slipping. Will go for a swim when he gets home. My mum has one of those wheatbags that you can microwave, so will ask her if I can borrow that. Still tired but decided I'm going to have a lazy day, still in my pjs and if I feel myself getting sleepy just allow myself to snooze without feeling I shouldn't as its day time. Thanks again everyone xx

Congrats to all that have reached v day!

I'm officially in tri 3 now! I don't want to go on my own! Ha :-)

Hope you're feeling better soon blueeyes. Take it easy xx

So happy that it's v day! Happy v day to the other ladies too. I've slept a bit dodgy on my neck and my gosh it's agony to turn my head. Hoping that eases off over the day. Sorry to hear you had a rubbish night sleep blueeyes, lack of sleep makes these hormones worse im sure. Hope you get a better night tonight. Congratulations on tri 3 jen. Can't believe we're starting to make the move over there! I'm having the day out with my mum today. Hope all you ladies have a brill day xxx

And Jen, I'll meet you in there on Tuesday

Lots of good milestones :) Tri 3 still feels a way off for me at the minute but it's nice to see others moving over there and knowing my turn will come!

Slept ok last night after a lot of late night kicking and moving about going on. I just let slip for the first time to someone that we're having a girl, i knew i would at some point! hehe no harm done.

Happy v day ladies and good luck Jen! Save us a seat in tri three lol x

I'm officially an evil witch of a mummy today according to Blake, I insisted he stay in the car while the nice man at Asda loaded our shopping, then I insisted he wait with me in the queue at Argos instead of going to trash the toy display, THEN I made his sandwich with the Dairylea that was in the fridge instead of from the new tub we had just bought, and to top it off I put slices of cucumber on the same plate as his sandwich!! OMG! His world is just falling apart!

Congrats on V day everyone! Jen- TRI 3!!!!!!! I can't actually believe we are starting to move. I'll see you Monday!!! So exciting/nerve wracking!
Hope everyone who has been feeling poorly/sore/sad/under the weather is feeling a little bit happier and if not just think- it's Friday and we're all going to have a lovely weekend and the sun is shining.
I must be having a happy day today so I'll send my positive energy to those that aren't :) x

P.S. Did anyone see the Viking sperm programme last night? (That wasn't the actual name of it but it was something like that!)! Made me realise how super lucky I am to be having a baby seeing those ladies who were so absolutely desperate to have babies and couldn't. Another reason to be happy today. OK someone stop me with the positivity craziness before I drive everyone to...well...I would say drink but I guess it will have to be chocolate!
