Its probably a bit early to be thinking about this but I am having trouble sleeping already!
I usually sleep on my front, but BBs are like rocks and obviously once bump appears I cant anyway.
Absolutely cannot sleep on my back and my hips and shoulders feel squashed when I lay on my side - do you think a pillow will help? Has anyone used one this early and found it useful?

The other alternative is to kick OH out and starfish across bed :rotfl:

Thanks!

try a pillow and see if it helps..my hibby often slept on the sofa during the end of my pregnancy and he used to call me the pincess and the pea as they were all around.

If you look in the new argos catalogoue they are doing these really long pillows in the baby section that are meant to help you get comfortable.Think it was around 25 quid.

I never quite got to buying a pillow...I am using a single spare duvet instead. I just fold it, so it looks like a long sausage, and when I'am going to sleep I am arranging it between my legs and under my tummy. It works for me, so I don't really feel the need to spend extra cash on a maternity pillow. You can also tie the ends, so it doesnt roll out in the night. :)

I bought a 5 ft one in length...and its fab..really does help..I used to sleep on my front too..I'd be lost without my pillow! I got mine from Dunelm mill for £16.oo its sooo comfy..they do them for £1o.oo too!

The are £25.oo in Mothercare so it pays to shop about! :)

Brilliant, thanks girls!

The duvet tip is a good idea... might try that for a while before I invest see if it helps.

Thank you
