Maternity clothing..

Hi all, just wondering if /when you started wearing maternity clothes?? Im in a uniformed job and currently on hols and worried when I go back my trousers will be uncomfortablee/wont fit!! But feel silly at 7 week bits wearing maternity gear!! Anyone else started wearing it?

I also did a uniformed job with babies 1 and 2 and I wore my own clothes straight off. Probably shouldn't have but it just didn't feel right. I wasn't performing my original role and was transfered to an office so I took it upon myself to change my look too lol.

As for needing to wear maternity clothes, with my 1st probably didn't need to change clothes til around 14 weeks... I think ...

I don't wear a uniform but in my first pregnancy I didn't wear maternity clothes until about 6 months gone x this time I bought maternity jeans at 11 weeks and more maternity jeans this week as already have a bump and my bum always tends to expand when I'm pregnant!!!!! Grr x x x

well due to the nature of my role, im not actually on front line atm, although do wear a uniform out and meet the public- I was told wear it until my uniform feels uncomfortable!! But i just dunno!!

It's a tricky one. I just found it more convenient not to wear it.... less getting changed, comfier with the nice weather. Whatever feels good for you x

Funny you should mention that...

I made the mistake of pointing out that very same fact to my OH - to which I got the response "Haha, it's a counter-weight to stop you falling over!" Cheeky git!

I need to wear a uniform, with my trousers I wear a bump band and then hold the trousers up by a hair band round the button, but my tunic does cover the flies, but I am not sure how much longervthis is going to be effective for

I didn't wear maturnity clothes with my first, I was very lucky and managed to get away with jogging bottoms and with my work uniform I only went up 2 sizes but with this pregnancy I already can't do my trousers up and jogging bottoms are actually really uncomfitable! I've got a bad feeling I'm gonna be huge!!
