btw with the 'pre-seed' it comes with an 'applicator' surely i can just rub some on his shaft and use more if we fancy it???

Very good point actually. It "can" kill the sperm due to the bacteria in it BUT found this which may be of use?

Preseed is the best. If your dry down below then that can be a issue when ttc as sperm need mucas to help them swim & keep them alive longer. I use preseed & my friend swears by it! but i also started to use evening primrose oil capsuals from cd 1 to the day i get a positive opk then i stop them when i get negative opk. They are GREAT!! i never seen ewcm for about a year, & as soon as i used the capsuals i have loads of egg white cm, i got mine from ebay, a big bag for about £4. x

I think as prev mentioned water base lubs are ok to use when trying but can stop them from swimming as good as they can so might not be a good idea if you have been trying for a long time or your partner has sperm probs.

The applicator is for getting it right on your cervix to help the little swimmers to their goal. Yes you can just shove on his bits but the cervix thing is meant to be more effective. FYI if using the applicator use a bit less than recommended. It's pretty gloopy stuff and goes everywhere if you are not careful. I used preseed the month I got PG. mind you I chucked everything at it that month

Hey! Just looked on Amazon as my conceive + is half empty now so getting prepared before it runs out!

Found one on there called Zestica Fertility spray (bit weird that it is a spray) and says it for 50 applications for £9.04, dont know anything about it so not sure if as good as the others but says the following on Amazon website.

Its best to take the evening primrose oil individually along with your pregncare vitamins. You need a high dose of evening primrose oil, i take 1000mg per day.

I got mine from www.clubvits.com i got them from ebay but thats there actual site. They cost me buttons & i swear by them, they work great. If you do decide to use them, only take them from day 1 of cycle to the day you get a positive opk then stop them cause after that they can cause contractions of the uterus & this you dont want in the 2ww x

Sounds good!!, so this helps to make you wetter (sorry dont know correct phrase) down below? Thats great!

Im not using OPK im using a Clear Blue Fertility Monitor and it tells you the days beofre you ov aswell as your peak days.....so does that mean I would just stop taking them when it shows my peak days or stop before then when its showing high fertile days? x

Yeah it makes you feel wetter around your ovulation days, cause you have loads of fertile mucas there you will notice the days when you get a peak on your clear blue you will see ewcm, you often find that when you go the toilet for a number 2 lol, you will find ewcm pushes it's way down more. ( The conversations we have hey hahaha ) But thats true. So yeah it makes you feel wetter around ovulation time. You can still use a lube if you wanted too, just use it on the outside insted of on the inside xx

LOL just googled EWCM! WOW the things i didnt know and have found out over the last few days....Iv noiced that EWCM sometimes and didnt know what it was....wwwww iv got a lot to learn so glad I joined this forum!

Lol pink butterfly, its amazing the things you learn over a long period of time ttc. So when you see that ewcm you know thats the best time to have sex hehehe. Bigbump, give the evening primrose ago but take the high dose the 1000mg i swear by it xx
