Hey

I was a Feb 2019 mummy but sadly when I went for my scan at 21 weeks my baby didn't have a heart beat. We had a scan at 16 weeks and she was happy and fine and we found out she was a girl.

This is my first time back on the forum since I delivered her on 28th September. She had a funeral. I can barely even write this as it makes it seem so real seeing it typed up.

I stopped bleeding a few days ago and bought a test which was negative so I think all the HCG is out of my system now.

I have to go for a 6 week follow up with the consultant to discuss everything but my baby was found to have her cord around her neck 5 times and they believed this was the cause.

I feel numb and lonely but have to be strong for my children I do have. I want another baby and I want to be pregant again but I also don't want to move on to fast.

I never thought this would happen to me especially at that stage after you get past the 12 week point you think you can relax.

Anyway I'm just posting here as I still hope to eventually be back and catch up with the mum's I was friendly with and hopefully get to knowore mum's of we do try again.

Sending love to all you ladies who have been through a loss. It's just awful xxx

Oh Lynsey I'm so so sorry for your loss. That is a truely horrific thing to have to go through. I'm in the Jan mums group, you got your bfp not long after me :( I can't imagine how you're feeling... take care of yourself - we're all here for you x

Lynsey, I am sending you so much love. I am so, so sorry this happened to your poor baby girl and to your entire family. It is SO hard to grieve and have days you just want to fall apart/not leave your bed when you have to stay strong and keep going for your kids and the other people in your life. Wish I could be there to help somehow.

It's so hard to know when to try again. How is your husband feeling about that? How are your kids doing? Huge hugs, Lynsey <3

My heart absolutely breaks for you. I am so sorry, the loss must be unbearable. I can't add anything different to what the ladies before me have said but I couldn't read and not say anything. We are all here for you and I wish you all the best with huge hugs and love xx

Just echoing the other girls. You brave brave girl I am so sorry to read about your beautiful girl. Sending you the biggest hug and lots of love xxxx

My heart goes out to you and I wish you all the best in your recovery mentally and physically. I'm so sorry you have been through this and had to say goodbye to your beautiful girl way too early.
Focus on doing what is right for you; take as much time to grieve as you need - or if TTC sooner feels right then go for that. There is no right or wrong way; only what is right for you and your family.
Sending you all loads of love xxx

Sending lots and lots of love. I can't imagine what you are going through. My heart breaks for you.

Life really is so unfair sometimes. I am so sorry for your loss :(
I hope you have a speedy recovery, mentally and physically <3 x

I know I can speak for all us Feb mummies when I say we have been thinking a lot about you recently. Listen to yourself, be kind to yourself and do whatever feels right in your heart xxx

I am so very sorry to hear that you’ve been through such a traumatic experience. You’re clearly being stronger than you give yourself credit for and you deserve nothing more than a speedy recovery. I really hope you find peace soon and go on to have a beautiful healthy baby once you’re physically and emotionally ready. Big hugs xxx

I'm so incredibly sorry for your loss. Sending virtual love and hugs to you x
