Is there anyone who has long cycles and all the test come back fine?

I am on CD 58 last month i went to CD 43, but i don't have PCOS, thyroid issues hormones are where they need to be , i am not over weight nor under weight blood test all came back fine ultrasound showed nothing ect

I just feel alone , on another site there jumping down my throat telling me I have PCOS, and because i have no cyst dont not mean i don't have pcos . i told them I have had a million and one test done and i am sure PCOS was there first guess on what was wrong, but i dont
maybe i am the odd ball who doesn't do anything . i have 4 kids now so i can have kids ,

i do remember during my ultrasound they had a hard time finding my left or right ovary they were about to tell me I did not have one when he stopped and said oh there it is ,

it is somewhat tilted or turned or what every he said . but he said its not a prob, .but now i am not so sure

what if i try to O out of that ovary but somehow it is blocking the egg from coming out of it , and what if i can only ovulate out of one ovary .. just food for thought i guess

Hmm didnt want to read and run but irregular cycles are not normal, one of my ovaries is hidden so to speak overlapping my uterus , but they said its fine and will cause no problems, so have they tested to see if you are actually ovulating?? that could be that cause of such long cycles lack of OV x x

I had long cycles for a long time, then one day they suddenly dropped to 30-45 days. Before that they were mostly 60-90 but sometimes as much as twice that. I went to one doctor who said I had pcos without doing any tests before we were ttc. I was gutted. About two years later another doc said there's no way I have it as i have no other symptoms, again no tests.

Through other fertility investigations it's been established everything looks great in there and I'm definitely ovulating. Absolutely no idea why my cycles are the way they are, but I've been assured (and feel comfortable in that fact) that they're doing what they're meant to, just a bit slower than normal

thanks . I am sure i am going to O , i am sure my opk test is positive , very high cervix med/ferm and watery cm , . I just want AF here so I can try SI

I see my GP tomorrow. then I see my gyn in 4 months if my GP doesn't help me first . My gyn is old school , i mean old school he has never heard of opk test , and said there is no way to know when you ovulate , nothing is 100%, I like him because he does not push on the drugs , I hate that , and will only take them if i have to , last choice have to

thanks again

Yes most women believe they ov 24 or 48 hours after a pos ov test i ov 3 or 4 days later x x

so maybe i should show my doc my opk's . if i did finally o after 59 days but i am not 100 % until i see my temp go up . so i don't know what to tell m=him now
