So i now have a dopper n managed t find juniors heartbeat last night....yeeeeey!! well....not me....i couldnt but hubby did!!! Just below my belly button n to the left slightly.....was ace...but fie some reason i dnt feel vompelled t check everyday(i thought i would).....im definatley feelin more positive.
On the down side....oh my god...i decided t bite the bullet n vac pack all the clothes away which dnt of wnt fit me soon. hooooowww depressing. in total i was a stone lighter on my weddin day a yr ago ( altho ppl were saying i looked under weight)......even my jeans that used t b huge r too tight....on the LEGS as well as the hips n tum. still a size12 bur for some reason im finding this change really hard. mayb urs cis i used t have an issue with my weight abt 8 yrs ago n since then ive been able t eat wst i want n never gaun weight.

Does anyone know uf u can loose the weight u gained in tri1....not my tummy obviously but my hips n kega....surely if i start swimmin i can get them trim n tone up...ive been eating really heakthy for a few dsts better n feek better mentally but i tnk the main prob is getting weighed at the midwife...its something i gavent done for 6yrs n takes me bk to a bad place. hubby cnt reallly understand jyst says he knows ill loose ut after xxx
 
dont cut back on food whatever you do hon....but im sure if you start swimming or do pregnancy pilates or something, then it will help to keep the weight off and tone you up.....thats what i am hoping anyway
