Right, tomorrow I start a four week strip of pills which I will finish on the 1st May, I'm due on again after that (assuming current 28 day cycle) 22nd May.

Would you guys suggest stopping pill in time with end of packet (it's Micronor mini-pill, progesterone only, taken same time every day, no breaks) or when I get AF?

Apparently unlike with combined pill (where you should complete the packet) with the mini pill you can just stop it whenever but I guess to date a pregnancy properley it would helpful to know when your last 'real' period was so you may want to wait till AF. I guess if you chart temperatures or use OPKs then you could work it out from ovulation.

i was on micronor and each time ive come off ive just stopped when the packet has ended. as its only a mini pill it shouldnt make a difference when you come off, ive never had any problems with extra long/short cycles after coming off.

Think I'll do it from my AF on the 22nd then Should ov for my Birthday in July
