lets talk about sex!

As I'm 12 weeks today and my fella stayed in to be with me for ny (aww) I gave in and we had sex. I haven't had sex with him for 3 months (since I got my bfp) as I've been so scared it will harm the baby or cause mc I do feel sorry for him and I think he understands. Is anyone else still doing the deed? Does anyone feel like me? Worried? Anyone stopped all together? Xx

Same as Shauna. We haven't done it in forever and the thought is making me feel ill. I want to and i love him but I can't bring myself to do it. Wish things were different but I can't see it changing until I've had my baby!

I can not bring myself to do it either!
Have not done it since we found out about 4 weeks ago and do not plan to until in 2nd trimester.
I know it is probably fine to do so but I just can not bring myself to do it in case something happened, I would never forgive myself.

I've not done it since I got my BFP either. Luckily OH is quite understanding, especially after the bleeds I've had. I will give in eventually!!

Yeah I had a v high sex drive before my bfp and now I can't be bothered but I thino once every week or so to keep him happy. If it made me bleed or anything I'd ban it again! X

Almost 29 weeks and havent DTD since getting BFP! Paranoid after having MC in April although I never dtd then either it just happened but I worried so we chose to refrain! Didnt intend on not having sex for this long tbh but thats the way its gone! lol

Luckily DH is a star and totally understands why I worry and doesnt twist...and besides he still gets lots of 'cuddles' lol just no penetration! Not long to go now tho and will be at it again! lol xx

I have carried on DTD but not around the time my period would be due and more to keep him happy than anything else. OH has been understanding, he seems to think that come 2nd trimester my sex drive will sky rocket (always the optimist), bloody mens magazines, I have a feeling he will be sorely disappointed

I've almost no libido , but when we do dtd (rarely these days ) we're just more gentle than usual

We are having regular sex still, in fact I am enjoying it maybe more!! Sometimes I feel a bit achy afterwards, but that is as sometimes we get a little wild!!! It does not harm the baby though he is wary at times as we MC in June this year though it wasn't anything to do wtih sex. As you get bigger you might have to find different positions, but I can understand why people worry early pregnancy. In fact it is encouraged nearing delivery according to my midwife as it helps things along apparantly, I was like woo hoo lol xx

Although if I were bleeding at all, then I wouldn't have sex as I would be fearful x

Merfairy nearing delievery it does help it brought my BH's on really strong and I reckon it encouraged my labour along .. only thing is when your as big as a house and a little sore from a low lying baby its a little tricky lol . My OH kinda went off it as he felt baby kicking once so it took some persuasion .
