Letrozole & progesterone

Hi ladies

I had a very detailed consultation last week but I'm not very good at remembering things. She has let me try a few cycles of letrozole before our next FET. As I get spotting, she's also given me progesterone supplements. I would think I'd start them after ov - but it says to take it for 21 days. Is this just in case I get pregnant? It doesn't say from what day.

She also wants to check my hormones again but we want to get going asap... can I start before the hormones have been checked?

What day did she say to start the progesterone. My consultant said it was very important I took it after ovulation as can actually prevent pregnancy if taken too early, I assume it makes lining too thick. She might mean 21 days from ovulation incase you get pregnant. I think he said to start it no earlier than 37 hours after positive opk xx

I can't remember, if she said at all. It's got to be after ovulation though and so thought the same as you - maybe 21 days from then. I will ask when I go for a scan.
