let down :(

they have responded to my complaint saying they lost money and they did nothing wrong so cant take the complaint any further :/
 
That is rubbish and really bad customer service. If you forewarned them why couldn't they allow the people booked after you in early. There is someone that always arrives early and could have taken your place. Sounds very money grabbing...you should respond with the thread to this link. I doubt anyone reading it will go to that company!!
