so today had a 4D scan booked appot was for 4 15 am traffic was horrid called them to say I would b late they said just get there as soon as !!! so we arrived bang on 4 30 15 mins late and to b told we couldnt b seen and lost our 30 pound deposite ! CRY !!

last time i was there for my 16 week sexing scan a woman was running 10 mins late and the guy in charge that day stil let her have her scan ! he was telling her he hates turning people away ! must just b my bad luck

That's very harsh of them, defo complain and get them to rebook you with any extra cost. What company was it? x

i would complain too. the LEAST they could do is offer u last minute consultation on a morning so your not taking up more time that they would be losing anyway and u still get ur scan! 15 mins is nothing xx

Yeah I agree with the others, you should definitely complain especially as you called up to inform them you were running late. It's really appalling customer service

I agree with the other ladies, I'd complain and get them to rebook without re-paying the deposit!
It's not like you didn't warn them!! xx
