Leaning over the bed and rocking my hips worked really well at bringing her down

I want to give birth squatting, on all 4's or leaning over the bed. Anything where gravity Is on my side.
I refuse to be on my back. It's just don't seem natural for a woman to be on her back

im with you lealea, any position where gravity is good. i would hate to be on my back again.

Im apparently going to be hooked up with a spinal or epidural so im going to be on my back but I would love to be kinda kneeling leaning against something if you can picture that....
Ideally a waterpool would have been great but with having diabetes and a high BMI I cant have one!!
Having said that if I do end up with another spinal block hopefully it will work this time and I wont feel anything or as much so hoping the SPD wont cause too many probs xxx
