I just thought id update you. I lost today, he had told caffcass that i assault him, that i put my animals needs infront of my daughter and her needs and that she keeps getting mysterious injuries, marks and bruises while in my care. Because of this i have to give caffcass and the judge my medical records and a psycological assessment. He has also got her on a night now and weekends.
