Just passed foetus, 6 weeks post miscarraige!

I'm so confused! While at work today I had some cramping and thought I was coming on my period. When I went to the toilet there was a little grey/white coloured mass along with blood. I'm nearly 100% it is foetus!!!! I had a scan a week after I thought I misscarried and the doctor deemed it complete! So how is this possible? I'm shocked and scared that I'm going to get an infection. I showed it to DH and he said he's certain that it's baby! Should I go to the doctor? I have some cramping now but not much. Bleeding had stopped and I have been spotting on and off all the time but back to bleeding today.

I'm so sorry must of been such a shock for you after being told al leas complete. I would go to the gp yeah xxx

I passed lining and the nurse said she 100% thought it was baby. the lab confirmed it wasn't. I was convinced it was. I was 6 weeks. It's not a nice thing to happen. Hope you're doing ok.
