**** July 2014 Mummies ****

Sophied - it's gone really quick.. Be summer before we know it :) yay!
Can't wait to see if you're having a boy or girl! Xx

Sammiammiammi- I hope it all goes well at the docs, am sure if you explain your anxiety they'll be sympathetic. Am glad you can feel some good kicks today, I only felt my first one yesterday but its such a relief :)

Blue Bubble- Bless you! I've been feeling queasy these past few days too and have a really grotty feeling right at the pit of my stomach so I can sympathise a bit. Don't worry about postponing things you and the baby are more important. Enjoy listening to babies heartbeat I know that always cheers me up. :)

xx

~ Thank you k8tblue!! One step at a time eh? At the mo, I can just focus on tomorrow's app'nt to stay positive!! xx

~ Sammiammiammi, best of luck at the doc app'nt - stress is no good for our babies so hopefully this will be taken very seriously into consideration xx

~ Sophied, sending wishes for the days to fly by quickly this week for you, at times like this don't you wish there was a fast-fwd button to push?? xx

We find out a week today hopefully. Had an amazing weekend with lots of movement from baby. Did some online shopping for baby clothes and extended my baby wish list on amazon. So all in all a very therapeutic and relaxing weekend for once. And I managed to get my pineapple fix, dh went to dominos pizza before picking me up from work the other night and got me a Carolina pizza with extra pineapple and I didn't even have to ask. He even treated me to a double decadence base so it was really lush.

Hey hun,
I was so so ill up until week 18ish. Don't worry, it can still go away and probably will. I'm still sick every now and again ( usually when I wake up in morning or from a nap) but it did take me until the last week or so to be able to eat almost normally.
I really feel for you because it is so constant and you really have no idea when it's going to end.

I hope it starts getting better for you soon babe, I really do :-( xx

Aww SarahCourtney sweetheart, thank you so much xx
I don't think hubby fully understands either which also frustrates me (to be fair to him though, who can actually sympathise unless they've been through it?!?) and I feel so useless and so guilty for still not being able to function...no energy, no sex drive, nada. I seriously fear he will get fed up with me!!

It's so reassuring to know you had it and you finally came out of it - as you said it is so constant, it feels like it will never end.

Kisses to you and little pip
from bubble + little bubble xx

Honestly, ask any of the girls who were with me through trimester 1, I was so miserable and depressed. I cried every day, never got off the sofa, didn't have sex or even want to be cuddled/comforted for 4 months! It is HELL and nobody, even other pregnant ladies, understand unless they have struggled to that level.
It really does feel never ending and I even considered an abortion! I swore I'd never do this again and worried I'd never be able to love my child because I felt like I hated it those first few months.
Amazingly, nature managed to wipe that all away though. In the last fortnight things have turned a corner. I've been out and about, been having sex like the honeymooners we technically are lol (we got pregnant straight after our wedding so had to cancel our honeymoon which was meant to be in November because I was too ill to even get out of bed), been eating normally and back to cleaning the house and cooking most evenings too. Am still sick every few days but it's a tiny blip and completely manageable now I'm feeling myself again.
I PROMISE you will get through this. Just know you are really nearing the end xxxx

Glad baby is fine..:) Have a feeling my LO won't cooperate when being scanned (not that she knows haha) didn't cooperate at 12wk & in funny position for ages at gender scan..suppose it's the luck of the draw :)

Got my blood results back.. 1 in 12,000 chance of downs so pretty low..fx baby is perfectly healthy xx

Wow this is wonderful news Capricorn, you must be so chuffed :cheer:

Not having to go through the stressful 2nd stage process of DS diagnostic tests, in the case of high risk, is a true true blessing :petal: (from personal experience)

xx

Evening everyone

After stalking this thread for what seems forever today was finally my 20 week scan.
baby was shy for the most part keeping legs and arms crossed but right at the end did a party trick of throwing legs wide open and up in the air to reveal that our little bean is......A Girl!!!!

I'm due 7th July and hoping that the rest of this pregnancy is problem free...it is nice to be finally able to start to relax and believe this is really happening xx

Hello all! Gosh is been a busy day on here! I need time to go through everything and not miss what's been said!

I've not been checking as we have had a very very exciting day....the offer we put on a house yesterday was accepted!! I can't believe that in the last six days we have put our flat up, sold it, and 'bought' a house!

Phoebes_mum- you aren't far from me, I'm Bromley area I little closer in that Tunbridge Wells, so you should enjoy the boom that's going on too!

Blue Bubble, hope you are feeling better soon, Sarah is probably the best that can speak from experience (I was very very fortunate- yes you can hate me) so hope you follow suits with feeling better like her!

Congrats Karen! So many Pink bundles for July!!

I started mine this evening, have to say, I loved it! :) hope you enjoy yours on Sunday :) I cannot believe I am over half way now, it's gone so quick!

Sammi- glad your doctor is supportive, enjoy your rest and time with the little ones!

I'm sure I've missed a couple off-I'm sorry! But this message is getting crazy long...sorry guys! Feeling very perky and chatty it seems (hubby is asleep as he has a 4am start!)

X
