If I'm going through all this not finding out to get flashed at our scan like my brother did my mum I'll be upset but OH would be devastated. I'm not allowed to discuss my feelings about what bub might be but I have strong suspicions its a boy but that might be because I have always wanted a boy

Congrats to everyone who found out the gender although you have no idea how hard you are making it for me to stay team yellow Today we had a meal for my grans 85th birthday and then we supposed to go shopping for some new clothes as none of my bottoms now fit properly, but the meal lasted ages so I'm shopping online which is lethal
What have you ladies got going on this tonight?
Ps loving people's names hubby and I can't agree on anything much at the mo.

I'm still Yellow with you!! Are there any other July mummies still yellow? Hubby and I can't agree on names either xx

Congratulations Capricorn. I know how much you wanted your girl. Makes me so emotional thinking about finding out. I want to so bad but HAVE to not give in. My hubby doesn't want to find out so I promised him he could be in control of this decision as he doesn't get to be in control of much of my pregnancy haha AAAARGH it's sooo difficult being patient!!

I know hubby is so excited I agreed not to find out, he won't even let people guess around him or hear any of the old wives tales "in case it ruins surprise" silly boy

I'm soo worried we will see something accidentally at the scan haha will have to be careful not to ruin the surprise. My hubby is the same as yours, he was so upset when I said I thought it was a boy haha I have no evidence but he refuses to talk about any feelings I get about the sex or anything lol
Saying that, I'm annoyed at myself for listening to old wives takes because most point to a boy and I feel a bit like I cheated haha plus I REALLY want it to be a surprise!

I literally couldn't tell what I was looking at during my scan, apart from when she showed us its profile. And the pictures are waist up, so hopefully you'll be fine x

I know that feeling so well. After the scan I'll be fine it's just knowing I could find out there and then is going to be a bit torturous haha just hope hubbies willpower stays strong even if I beg haha because I know I'll regret it!

I really want to have the surprise at birth...but it is so tempting to find out- only a week until our scan, hoping my will power stays strong! Knowing that hubby wants to know makes it harder- if I start to crack there will be no return as hubby will just encourage us to find out!!!

MissMcleod- must be quite some surprise to find out at 17w!!

Sozzy- hope the GTT was ok!

Wow! 17 weeks! At least you don't have to wait so long for your bubba!

I can't wait to find out what we're having! Although if this baby is a boy. Therefore meaning we have one of each, then if I ever had another I would try and stay team yellow... But I'm not sure I am capable! I admire you yellow ladies! Xx

Got my 20 week scan date today, 7th March, 10am. Rang to change the time as no one to look after DD and they said she can go into the scan. So it's going to be very hard for me to stay Team Yellow with hubby and DD wanting to know but I will stay strong!!

I'm only going to manage it as hubby doesn't want to know either, if he changed his mind I know I would crack in 2 seconds flat so I don't envy you phoebes_mum

And we've been talking names tonight - hubby going through French and Italian names which I kept saying, yeah but here they'd read it as........ which annoyed him, well our DD (he's convinced) will tell them it's said .....

Also he said he liked Ceri (Italian which he pronounced as Kerry which I'm not sure is right) and I said why on earth would you spell it like that, poor girl would have to spell it her whole life!!
