I have done it a few years ago and lost quite a bit but i have always caved and stoped going, i am going with a friend this time and we are going to support each other i hope it will give us a bit of competition too as i think that will also help...
how easy do you find it? (if you are on it)and how do you go on about having a glass of wine? i am going for a monday class as i think it will make me stick to it more as the last time i did it i was getting weighed on a Friday so i went a bit silly over the weekend then had all week to get back on track, i like a glass or 10 on the weekend but i know i am not going to be able to have alot, how much are you allowed? i would love to hear some recipe ideas that you use too just to give me a few ideas.x
