I smoked quite a lot (10-20 a day) and I now have 1 every 3 hours and so far I have smoked 5 a day for the past 4 days. I'm getting used to my new routine and I will gradually cut down more and more as I get used to it. Just thought I would let ya know see if it works for you :D
 
Well done on cutting down, it's hard but you'll get there hun! :dance:

well done - that's a really good start.
i cut down for a few days before i gave up completely, and tried to break all my usual triggers, ie, not smoking fisrt thing in the morning, in the car, or straight after a meal. i then found it easier when i did give up as i'd already started breaking all my associations.

good luck - and hope you manage to cut down even more :D
