Ive been a total div for most of today

God I woke up soooooooooo moody My hormones are all over the place, I could've quite happily decked someone this morning

I had a trip to the midwife which was crap. It was the one I dont like, she made me wait 40mins, told me Im measuring under on the fundal height and if I have another bleed then its a hospital birth for me and they wont book me at the birth centre *sigh* When I came out I had some important things to do like go to the council and bank but the next thing I knew I had wandered out of the health centre...into Iceland, brought 2 huge boxes of icepoles and then I was home sulking because the amount of time they take to freeze It wasnt until this afternoon I remembered the bank and council I'll have to go tommorrow now!!

I sulked all day, slept for a couple of hours and then had to pull out the big guns to cheer me up...a Mars Bar! I did however manage to sort my moody self out and go and view a new house to rent which is opposite my Mum and Dads and the house is gorgeous. Its a toss up between me single & pregnant or another bloke. The lady said she is going to call the landlady and see what she says so I find out tommorrow. Im that she doesnt mind my current state and that I can convince Daddy to go guarantor.

Ooo Im hoping she thinks that too! No partaaaaays for me anymore The house is exactly the same amount rent each month as the house Im in at the moment but this new one is gorgeous and way, way better than mine! I really really want it but I know I mustn't get upset if I dont get it, something else will come up

How come your fundal height is measuring under what it should be...i thought the midwife said you were bigger than you should be before???

thankyoooooo, Ooo I really want it, its got double glazing and luxury carpets...small things ay

The midwife I saw today is always measuring me small....she doesnt even feel for the pubis bone She isnt very thorough, thats why I stopped going to her. With the wee she dips the stick and then chucks it in the bin after 5 seconds....my other midwife dips, waits a min and then leaves it on the side to bee 100% sure nothing shows up. Ive had a history of stillbirths in my family and the midwife I saw today dismissed the glucose in my wee last week saying "I had it in my pregnancy and no-one bothered doing anything about it" The midwife I choose to see was horrified that she had said that and said its totally not the point. Anyway, Im glad I have a caring one who puts me at ease now, it was just unfortunate I had to see her today but hopefully I wont ever again

ETA: I find out about the house tommorrow lunchtime, I also have to do the reference process if they'd like to proceed but I know I'll pass that as I have excellent credit etc.

Maybe you should take lists with you when you leave the house. I went into town yesterday with a bit of paper helpfully entitled "Why am I in town?" that I could refer to whenever I forgot
