Itchey rash!

Evening all...

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this?

I was in bed last night, and all of a sudden, both my arms got really itchy, and hot, and I couldnt stop scratching. But only on my arams which was strange?
I put some cocoa butter on, and tried to get some sleep, but you could feel the heat coming off my arms - like sunburn!

Anyway, decided to get it checked out, as I got a text from someone saying it can mean a problem with your liver, and the first reaction from my midwife was 'go to a&e' - eek! So off I trotted, and the doc said it was an allergic reaction to something. I have never had an allergy before, and have not changed anything, ate anything, that would have affected me so suddenly last night.....apparently, you can take piriton of your pregnant, so may have to try that, especially as its come back a bit on my arms again tonight

Anyone else had this type of reaction?

I've never experienced it myself, but my mother's friend who just gave birth to a beautiful little girl, had extreme itching throughout her pregnancy...no matter what she did she could not stop itching, docs couldnt give her an explanation but thats how she knew she was preggers because she had it with her son and as soon as she gave birth it stopped..weird hey? Really terrible though that it just wont stop....I'm not saying you have this is just similar!

i have had itching. then all of a sudden i got a rash round my neck the other day from my work shirt. although i wear them everyday. so have stopped wearing them now. xx
