Is this a positive ovulation?

I have just been diagnosed witb pcos and rarely ovulate - we have been trying for a year.
i have heard ovulation kits can give false positives when u have pcos.

but i have been testing ovulation and this happened today? Is this peak!?

I got that but it didnt recognise the photo i put in and i had to manually do it which seemed pointless
