information help please

I am 13 weeks pregnant. The day before I developed tiny stabbing pains in my right lower abdomen and visited my doctor. The doctor ordered a urine analyzis and the test revealed presence of Amorphous crystals. I was further referred for a Kidney, bladder, and Uterine scan. The ultrasound revealed mild hydronephrosis of the right kidney with no presence of stones. The reason was attributed to possibly the uterus pressing in. Is this normal? Does anyone else have the same condition? Does it resolve itself? I have pain during urination especially at night. Please help with information.
