Induction Question

I was wondering, if you go overdue when do you get a date for induction? I was thinking as its fine to go up until 42 weeks would you not get a date that was past those 2 weeks or is it just a case of when they can fit you in or really as soon as poss as you'd like your baby OUT!?

I really dont wanna induction! But I was just wondering
