In preg notes what does.. Mean??

Relation of pp to brim ??? 4/5?? Normally under relation of pp to brim it says ne, after being monitored in hospital midwife wrote 4/5. Does any one know what it means plz? Thanks x

Ne means not engaged as far as I know.
4/5 means that 1/5 of baby's head is in the pelvis - I think that's right x

I think Cosmic is spot on! 4/5 means they can feel 4/5th of the babys head therefore 1/5th is engaged x

Your not too early to become engaged, and doesn't mean lo will come any earlier either. I think lo can come back out again though xx
