How long after having implant in does it take to get pregnant?

It can happen immediately , But they say its best to give your body a cycle to sort itself out

I had the implant in for 4 years (a year over than i should have, whoops!) I tried after one cycle and fell pregnant. First period started 28 days after 4 years of nothing. I was so so surprised and incredibly lucky, i thought it would take longer.

Thank you for replying!! I've had one cycle and am now currently in my TWW�� I had mine in for four years aswell hoping everything's in working order! Lol xx
