Just got back from hospital, to see the specialist. Im tiny..Olivers a decent size..chances of giving birth vaginally probably nill...but they gave me the option to try labour anyway. But i have opted for a schedulaed section - Friday at 7.30 i go in  Hes still free and high up, showing no signs of dropping, i dont want the waiting game of labour and then all of a sudden an emerge section if he gets distressed so....A hard choice but its made. :) Im positivley shitting bricks and excited at same time...obv. Anyone whos had a section could you post your experiances please...pref positive ones lol

Aw wow! You'll have your boy soon!!! No experience of section I'm afraid! x very jealous of your queue jumping! He he! So excited for you!

wohooo thats fine as your not jumpin infront of me! how exciting.. the october babies are really comin along now!!

good luck for your section i got mine next week i had an emrg one with dd it a little scary in theatre take some music that will relax u it is very sore after and i found disposable or granny knickers the best thing to wear after so it doesnt aggrivate your scar site and make sure you take it real easy after and sleep as much as you can in first few days as it really aids recovery

I've not had a section but when i was in hospital last week they gave me an epidural to fix my ankle and i was dreading it as i really didnt want one if i can help it but i have to say it was nowhere near as scary as i've heard and will not be worried if i have to have one in the future!!! Recovery time was also very quick - i think i was in recovery for an hour!!

oh wow good luck for friday cant wait to see his pic xx
