Yet i'm eating raw lemons!

I've been having them in water for the last few weeks and that was sort of satisfying my want for lemon, anyway it stepped up a gear last night and i was cutting a lemon in to slices and then sucking all the juice out lol.
This will NOT be good for heartburn!!

Anyone else still craving?
 
Yes! Milk, shreddies(have like 6 bowls a day) and also PICA is my pregnancy thing too I just want to chew on sponges and tissue!!
 
Haha its funny huh!! Its usually when you lack iron I think, ice is another i just want to crunch it all the time lol
 
I went shopping a couple of days ago and came back with two baby desserts - Apple and pear pure and a banana custard! How weird was that? So no, cravings still happen to me.
 
Apparently your body craves nutrients it's missing. Usually I don't like milk at all, and I mean, it makes me sick. But for the last few weeks I've actually been having a drink of milk, and eating quite a lot of cheese. So I'm assuming I need extra calcium. Xx
 
What can a sponge do for you though lol?
 
Haha nothing and you shouldn't eat it! Lol It means you should up your iron(is what they assume)
 
Last pregnancy I wanted ice so bad, wanted to just crunch it constantly.

I haven't had anything this time round (yet) although I did eat a nougat (pink and white sweet thing) yesterday and I hate nuts. Was gagging on it but ate it.
 
My latest craving is cheese and pineapple together. Can't get enough of it. But I've craved lots of random things that I haven't eaten in years. My main one this pregnancy was the gherkins and mustard on a McDonald's double cheese burger as that lasted for weeks and cost my oh a small fortune lol. But other than that crisps cheese fruit and chocolate lol. Also have to have a glass of milk before bed every night. I'm eating like a pig at the moment! Xxx
 
Jessie this may be related to your low iron. Your body is craving extra vitamin C as that's is what is needed to absorb the iron :) lots of fruit kale and juice fir you!

Spin sugar I was just thinking the same! Pica, or wanting to eat random things like coal and sponges is caused by low iron.
