i think i have lost my yellow record book for abi! :(

hi all

when going for abis yellow health records today for her jabs this afternoon i noticed they werent there! we had a good clear out a couple months back and put lots of stuff in the loft so i have a horrible feeling in amongst that stuff is her records. i am absolutely devastated. has this happened to anybody? i am dreading telling the health visitor today in case she thinks i am a bad parent.

I'm sure people lost things all the time, don't worry about it

I lost Arianna's red book and the HV just filled out a new one (and typically 3wks later I found the original one!!)

I lose Ani's book regularly, usually just before she is due for a check up . Dont worry about it the HV is well used to this and will fill a new one in for you. You will find the old one in a couple of weeks - guaranteed to appear when not needed
